Art Matters is moving to Tijuana, Mexico for one day of dialogue, exhibition and festivities relating to art in public spaces. In an effort to support San Diego Artist in their pursuit to document and comment on the significance of public art in the city of San Diego and their effort to address the effect proposed budget cuts will have on artist and communities who use public art as an expression of identity and culture.  In solidarity with these efforts Woodbury San Diego will promote a second exhibition in Tijuana invite the artistic community from both sides of the border to exchange ideas of future public art projects and collaborations across the San Diego Tijuana region.
This will be a one-day event in an empty space in downtown Tijuana
Festivities include, 2 main speakers, an exhibition of public art works from San Diego (printed boards and models) and to conclude beer and music.
